Brian Halstead
Administrator/CEO

Brian leads, directs, and coordinates the village operations and staff. He has been a Christian school teacher, Client Support Specialist, property manager and landlord along with mechanical and maintenance experience. His prayer for the ministry of Maranatha Village is to bring others to Christ by being doers of the Word.

Kathy Withers
Office Manager

Kathy answers the phones and keeps the Village office running smoothly. Contact her for questions about applications, reservations, and administrative needs.

Jerry Johnson
Business Manager

Jerry directs the business and financial affairs of the Village. He has pastoral, law enforcement, and business experience.

Kaye Halstead
Marketing & Development

Kaye oversees all of the sales, housing, and promotional aspects of the Village.

Bill Katka
Director of Operations

Bill directs the maintenance staff and oversees the care of the buildings and facilities of the Village


Katie Gray
Accounts Payable

Katie oversees the village account payables.

John Pyche
Volunteer Coordinator

John and his wife Linda labor together as a team to organize the many Village tasks (i.e., painting of Villas, Luminary Walk, painting of park benches, etc.) throughout the year.  John is responsible for managing the many volunteers that support our organization's mission and activities. These duties include:

  • Recruiting: Finding volunteers for different jobs and responsibilities
  • Organizing: Scheduling volunteer assignments
  • Communicating: Sharing needs and recruiting help for upcoming events and projects
